A Note from the Owner:
Friends and Patrons,
It is certainly strange times we are living through right now, and for my industry it has been a period of adaptation and refocus. As we transition into the winter season—and the temperatures drop—it may become more difficult to enjoy the simple pleasure of a night out to eat, and I hope Omakase catering can help to safely fill that void.
To that end, in accordance with current Summit Co. health department regulations, we are prioritizing your safety by wearing masks and making use of sanitizer—at all times during your event. Additionally, we pledge that all food will be prepared in the most sanitary method possible, and that all ingredients will be obtained only from licensed and certified purveyors. I am currently management-level certified in food safety (through the nationally recognized ServSafe program), and am willing to provide record or providence for any menu item that we serve.
Indeed, we have never experienced a winter like the one we now face. But with the correct action and respect, I believe we can still enjoy much of what the Park City ski season normally has to offer. Omakase is prepared to accommodate all the current health department protocols that are in place, and I am always willing to discuss your personal preferences. Truly, our cleanliness and your safety will be prioritized this winter—and moving forward. And while we all long for the day that life and Main Street can return to normal operations, if we are forced to live this season in “the new normal,” I hope you will chose Omakase to provide the safe “night out” that we all long to enjoy.
Thank you for your continued support,
Matt Fischer,
Executive Chef and Owner.
